Christoffel Frederik (son of Johannes and Maria) was born in August 1801 and baptised on 4 October 1801 in Swellendam. He passed away at his son's home in Ladismith on 31 May 1895 at the age of 94.

He married Helena Maria Hendrina Gertruida FOURIE who was born at Olifantsrivier in the Ladismith district. She was baptised on the 13 March 1806. She passed away on 26 Januarie 1864 on Grootrivier in the Ladismith district at the age of 58. She was the daughter of Pieter Jacobus FOURIE and Hannah Engela OLIVIER.
